We feel very strongly that doing what is right isn't just somebody else's responsibility - it starts with us.
We love this beautiful land, we greatly value British wool & we recognise the invaluable contribution our farming community makes to society. So we feel it's vital we reinvest back into British farming.
For every purchase made through Lawrence & Barnes, we will make a donation to our chosen charities;
supporting the farming community, land regeneration & animal welfare.
Key Priorities
Farming Communities: farming is tough, so we want to help to provide practical care & support for those in need in the farming community & see our farming communities thrive.
Land Regeneration: our land is so beautiful, so bountiful & increasingly at risk. We want to invest in projects that support the protection, regeneration & enrichment of our land for the generations to come.
Animal Welfare: Britain has a spectacular heritage of native livestock breeds. We want to see this rich & diverse treasure thrive, especially our rare breeds.

The Farmer Network
TFN is an independent, grassroots not-for-profit company providing help & support to farmers in Cumbria, the Yorkshire Dales & Northumberland.
Run by farmers for farmers, The Farmer Network provides crucial, practical & professional advice & support to farmers when it is most needed.
The Giving Cycle
The process is simple:
#1: Customers purchase our beautiful products online or offline.
#2: Our system automatically calculates the donation amount.
#3: All funds are set aside.
#4: We split the fund equally across our charities.
#5: We donate the funds on an annual basis.
We also use our marketing budget to fund other charity sponsorship opportunities with our charity partners.
