Production Update

We are pleased to update our customers about an exciting new development.

 

The British mill we partner with is relocating to a new site as part of a significant investment in its facilities, production capacity & long-term future.

 

This investment represents an important commitment to British manufacturing & will enable us to develop our collection while continuing to support British manufacturing & British farming.

 

​Production Pause

To complete the relocation & establish the new facility, production of our Serenity bedding range will be temporarily suspended during August & September 2026.

 

We currently expect to begin fulfilling customer orders again from 1 October 2026.

 

You Can Still Place Your Serenity Bedding Order Today

You are welcome to place your order during this period (click here for our Bedding Shop).

 

Your order will be created as normal but - no payment will be taken.

NB: Please choose the 'Offline Payment' option at checkout.

 

Once production resumes, we will email you a secure payment link which you can use to pay for & activate your order.

 

As soon as your payment is received, your order will be confirmed & released to the mill for production.

 

Richmond Throws

Our Richmond throw range is not affected by the pause in production - so you can order as normal.
